Visiting a new church for the first time is usually an awkward experience.  We at Viroqua A/G think if you knew what to expect, it would put your mind at ease.  Having to worry about your new church experience will distract you from the reason you wanted to come to church in the first place.  If you knew what to expect, though, you could come in relaxed and ready to enjoy church.

What dress code?

Come the way you feel most comfortable. Some dress up, some dress down.  We want you to be focused on the service, not your clothing.

Worship

Something for everyone.  We enjoy giving God the gift of praise through song.  We use a blend of traditional and contemporary music played with guitar, keyboard, and drums.  From the rockin’ contemporary songs to the powerful hymns of praise to the quiet worship, we glorify God with every song.  Everyone worships in their own way – be it singing, clapping, raising hands, dancing, or quietly reflecting on the lyrics.  We encourage you to worship God from the heart.

 

Offering

Along with singing, the offering is another opportunity to worship God.  As a guest, please do not feel any pressure to give.  As a church we give The Lord tithes and offerings in thanksgiving. This enables Viroqua A/G to reach more people for Christ!

 

The Message

Every week you will hear a relevant message, straight from the Bible.  Using historical accounts, colorful illustrations, and an accurate study of scriptures, the messages are always fun, interactive, and, best of all, challenging.  These messages will challenge us to experience Christ at a deeper level.

 

An Experience

We think you will find your time here at Viroqua A/G to be quite the experience.  Each time God moves in the service, it exceeds the words we have to describe it.  And when you return, come back expecting.  Expect the Lord to not only show Himself in the service, but in your life as well. His love, joy, peace, and strength are better felt than explained.
